Andrew qualified in 1990, and became a partner at Frisby and Co in the same year.
He has since specialised in all aspects of crime. He undertakes private prosecution work for government agencies and local councils and is recognised in Chambers and Partners Guide for his expertise in the field of Health and Safety work.
He continues to undertake general and specialist criminal defence work for individuals in addition to corporate and individual defence work against enforcing authorities for regulatory criminal offences.
He also undertakes general licensing work, and has a specialist interest and expertise in firearms.
