Kevin became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1991, qualified as a solicitor in 1997, and became a partner of Frisby and Co in 1999.
He has specialised in civil litigation since qualification, representing clients with high value contractual and complex financial disputes, including off-shore trusts and freezing orders, in all tribunals including the High Court and Court of Appeal.
He also advises on:
Company law, in particular advising on share purchase agreements and resolving shareholder disputes.
Employment law: both employers and employees in relation to contracts, compromise agreements, redundancy and unfair dismissal.
He was a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel from 1999-2004, and has an interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
