Mark has 22 years of experience within the legal profession, specialising in criminal law within practices in Staffordshire. He spent many years representing clients in relation to high street and business crime but in recent years has specialised in business and serious crime.
In 2002 Mark formed a Serious Crime Department and in 2006 he and his team joined Frisby and Co where the department has grown significantly, defending clients throughout the United Kingdom in all aspects of serious crime. He continues to head the department and supervises its running whilst also representing his clients.
The practice was accepted onto the VHCC (Crime) Panel in 2007 and Mark is an approved Case Manager on that Panel.
Mark specialises in all aspects of serious crime representing defendants charged with offences including MTIC, Banking and Insurance frauds; money laundering; murder; rape; drug offences; violent disorder and robbery.
The department has a number of successfully defended cases involving MTIC, large scale Insurance and Banking frauds with linked terrorism, money laundering, drug offences and violent disorder. (Details can be provided on request)
