Simon qualified as a Solicitor in August 2001, and became a partner with Frisby and Co in April 2003.
His background is in serious fraud and general crime, but he now specialises in regulatory crime, advising and prosecuting for the Health and Safety Executive as well as defending against other Government Agencies, including the Environment Agency.
Simon also advises on and prosecutes regulatory cases for Local Authorities, including Health and Safety, Environmental Protection, Food Safety and Benefit Fraud.
