Frisby and Co organise first in house legal conference

Ever conscious of the need for our lawyers to keep abreast of the latest developments in the law and maintain positive links with the bar, Frisby and Co organised their first in house legal conference with the kind assistance of
St. Paul’s Chambers, Leeds.

The day focused on fraud and regulatory crime with specific talks by Ruth Barber, solicitor-advocate, on developments in Health and Safety Law, Simon Myerson QC on corporate manslaughter, Derek Duffy, barrister, on disclosure and confiscation and Jeremy Barnett, barrister, on developments in regulatory law.
