We have a wealth of experience in acting for small to medium sized businesses and advising on a wide variety of issues which arise in the normal course of running a business.  For instance, we have acted for several clients in setting up and taking franchises from household supplies to restaurants.  We act for a major wholesale and retail supplier of sports equipment on terms of trading, distribution, supply and agency agreements.  We have advised clients on protecting their designs and trade marks and have a client who under licence supplies educational materials to schools.

We advise on setting up companies, limited liability and other partnerships and joint-ventures and the shareholders and other agreements which may be necessary.  We act for clients in buying and selling businesses, from carpet shops to multimillion pound pub chains to financial advisors.
