Licensing - Liquor and Public Entertainment

Our regulatory team are experienced in all types of licensing work including liquor, food, and events
and have particular skills and experience in firearms licensing.

In 2008 we successfully represented the Bulldog Bash Ltd in an appeal brought by Warwickshire police
for revocation of the licence of their biker festival, a hearing which attracted interest in the national press. 

In 2009 we again successfully represented the Bulldog Bash Ltd in a further action brought by Warwickshire police
for revocation of the Events Public Entertainments Licence. The hearing again attracted widespread interest from the national press.
