Local Authority Prosecutions
We are familiar with the pressures faced by local authority lawyers who may be juggling many different roles in addition to undertaking prosecution work. Many local authorities have chosen to outsource their prosecution work to members of our regulatory team who have vast experience and expertise in this area of work. Our team presently act for many different Local Authorities throughout the country.
We are happy to accept instructions at short notice, and instructions simply to provide advice or undertake advocacy. Further we often provide investigative advice to Regulators who may need help with particularly challenging matters and where perhaps in-house resources may be stretched.
